The Sausage Dehydration Control Module (Dry Processing Control) allows you to configure and monitor the different processes in the treatment cycle of a product:
- Manage monitoring cycles and associated lots;
- Manage Products, outline their flow and objectives to be achieved (breakage values);
- Manage Chambers, for traceability purposes;
- Manage Rods, in order to discount the tare value for the cycle in which it is included;
- Manage Notifications, which, via sound or email, alert to the conclusion or possible anomalies that have occurred in the different stages of the cycle, as well as other operations performed by the software, namely:
* Start / End of each stage of the cycle;
* Target break value reached;
* Status of the device to be monitored;
* Performing backup.
