Weighbridge for above ground or built-in installation, is constructed with mixed modules (with reinforced concrete) standardized with a width of 1.5 meters, allowing to configure platforms up to 18 meters long and 3 meters wide.
The concreting is carried out with concrete C30 / 37, which is darkened previously with elements that also promote the hardening of the concrete.
The structure was designed by computer using a finite element calculation program. 245 mm bridge height and 300 mm walkway height, forming a compact assembly of high strength and robustness. Its design allows a simple and low cost installation on the ground, with ramps of access, or embedded in a pit of only 300 mm of depth.
Reduced assembly time due to the great ease of fitting of the modules and the minimum number of screws required. All assembly operations are carried out at the top of the platform.
The placement of the load cells and the attack system is performed without fastening screws.
The top and center cross beams carry the load cells assembled from the factory.
The wiring is carried out at the place where the equipment is installed.
The cross beams of the PCM M1500 have upper covers to access the load cells and to facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the Scale.
Depending on the length of the bridge, the PCM M1500 weighbridges may have 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 load cells MC-CT, entirely made of stainless steel, with IP 68 protection.
